This is one of the best sauces in my opinion. It goes well with a variety of meals and keeps well in the fridge. I like to make a batch of this sweet chili sauce and keep it on hand for chicken, veggies, or even as a salad dressing

Ingredients
Instructions
-
Combine the sugar, vinegar, and water in a pot, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. You want to make sure whatever sugar you use doesn't burn.
-
Once the mixture has reached a boil, reduce heat and add in the ginger, Braggs aminos, and the red pepper flakes. Let it simmer gently for about 3 to 5 minutes.
-
Mix the 1/4 cup of water and the tablespoon of cornstarch and add the cornstarch slurry to the pot. Continue cooking, stirring the mixture until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. Remember, this will thicken more as it cools down.
There you have it! An easy-to-make Sweet Chili Sauce!
